Ruined by the way it was packagedMan, so disappointed This rug had great reviews so I had high hopes. The rug arrived quickly but the way it was packaged totally ruined the look of the rug. It was folded into 6ths and vacuum packed. When I opened the vacuum package, the fur fluffed up nicely but the backing of the rug is so badly creased that it ruined the rug. You can totally see the creases from the front side of the rug, and this is after lots of effort to smooth the creases out. It s a shame, bc it would be so cute if not for the damage done by the way it was packed/shipped. I ll be returning this.
