Marcia Stewart: no customer service

chairs are great but had a problem with one. The pre-drilled holes in the chair seat were not aligned properly notice bolts on left of pic are too low compared to the bolts on the right which made the chair not level, so much so that the foot adjustment could not correct it. Called the company 3 times, no answer ever, left messages on problem and how to get hold of me. They never responded. Nice chairs, but NO customer service at all.
