Assembly is very easy.This unusual combo of teal and orange matched a rug in my living room, and the lamp glows a lovely warm tone in the evening, but if you sit under it, look out The two bare bulbs with drive you away with their intensity--just too much If you don't plan to sit under it, it's OK, but don't even consider it as a reading lamp, which is what I really was hoping to use it for. Assembly is very easy.
