Pretty nice fan for the moneyInstallation was easy and it works great. As others have noted, the speed control that mounts on the wall is like something from the cold war years so I replaced it with a 3 speed Lutron control http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000BYEFA/ref oh_details_o01_s00_i00 ie UTF8 psc 1 .
