I truly don't typically do reviews but this one is well deserved. The ceiling pendant light is beautiful - in fact, we liked the 3-pendant light so much, that we also purchased the 8-pendant light. Then I had to deal with customer service that I typically loathe , as the first product that shipped was the wrong product. I reached out to the seller, MoreChange, and lo and behold, I received a response within 24 hrs and the correct product was shipped next day. Secondly, while many could install themselves, I didn't try and hired a handyman - who broke one of the amber globes/lampshades. I reached out to MoreChange again and shared what happen, ready to purchase another globe. MoreChange again exceeded expectations, sending me not only 1 but 2 replacement globes... and at no charge, and within 2 days. I not only recommend these lighting products but also MoreChange who stands behind their products, went above and beyond for me to meet customer needs, and was timely available to answer questions and concerns. I have not seen that level of customer service for quite some time. If I can figure out how to attach a pic of my 8-pendant over our breakfast table, then its attached :
