Good looks poor product supportLove the fixture but 2 of the 3 lampshade rings were broken possibly my someone that returned the light . This makes the lamp shades uneven and there is no play to even them out. I asked for 2 replacement rings and was told a refund is my only option. This is not an option as the holidays are upon us and we can't be without a light waiting for the new one. We will have to buy the rings which are appx 6 each. So yes on the look of the lamp, and a big NO for the seller if you expect any customer service.
