BUY IT NOWI have a LOT of aches and pains and this has been my new best friend. I have used it daily since I got it and have recommended it to everyone It is starting to get cool here and I know this will continue to be part of my daily self care. I did not see it in the instructions but several reviews of other blankets said to wear clothes including socks and that is the only safe way to use it as far as I am concerned. It can get quite hot and leave red imprints of the coils on your body. Long Pants, Long sleeve thin shirt and socks. Just lay down and relax put some good lotion on your skin, feet and a hair mask. I always shower or at least rinse off after using this. It wipes clean easily and was very easy to set up. If you find spots are sensitive to the heat lay on a towel inside the blanket .
