Soft but Skimpy on the ShagThe best part of the rug was how soft it was. Secondly, the gray tones would hide a lot of spills, etc. It was packaged nicely, but when it rolled out it was rippled and the ends flipped up because it was so thin. I could see that it would take quite some time wrestling with it to get it to lay flat, if ever. The shag was skimpy, especially all along the perimeter of the rug where I could see the netting in several places. I would have to fuss with it constantly to get the shag to hide the netting. I did not think this 5 x 8 rug was worth 72 at all. Within a year, the shag would look old and matted, so I sent it back. Not fun repackaging it either.
