Wifey33: Comfortable bed, Amazing Customer Service

We love this bed. It is VERY comfortable, and the design is beautiful and unique. I hate box springs, so sleeping on this platform bed with our new mattress has been like night and day for quality of sleep. As others have said, it does take a few hours to set up...that was the most painful part of it. If you're familiar with any IKEA furniture assembly, the instruction booklet was similar to that. In other words, a couple of steps were hard to follow, which slowed us down, but we figured it out. The screws weren't in separate packaging so we had to sort them out ourselves. The platform beams didn't have any instruction...it is optional if you want to screw them in, and if you do, you pretty much screw them in however you want to we kept them all together with the ribbon that came attached to them for easier layout . Upon full assembly, we discovered a chip in the side of the bed However, I contacted the company and they responded quickly and sent us a replacement board. Their customer service is AMAZING. Do NOT hesitate to contact them if you have any questions or concerns along the way.
