My old canopy ripped during a recent rainstorm. It was old with some small tears and dry rot I think. I took some measurements and realized that my frame was actually a little less than 10x10 feet. It measured 118 x118 inches. This canopy measures 119 inches x 119 inches. I figured it should work ok and it did. It was easy to attach to my frame and has lots of Velcro straps to secure it. There are also small grommets for water drainage which my old canopy did not have. Hopefully this canopy can withstand the Southern California sun beating down on it daily, time will tell. But it does look good and the price was reasonable.
