Great ChairIt's more comfortable than you think it would be. It was easy to set up however I needed help from someone on 1 step to just hold it in place, you can just lean it on something on certain steps. It's pretty comfortable and helps keep my back straight as I have a habit of slouching. I personally took off the arm rests as they don't work with my desk situation. The armrests are fully adjustable. I very much like the chair. I didn't think it would be as comfortable as it is. I have been using it for 10 hours total and I can already say it's a very nice chair. I would 100 recommend it
