Don't Expect Any Customer ServiceI received this product on 12/02/19. I have to admit that it is a good quality product. The problem I had was they didn t include the 4 bolts that connected the storage/seat section to the legs. I called the customer service number about 4 times hoping to speak to someone, but each time I only got a recording that leads back to their website. I visited the website the same day providing my purchase info and requested the missing bolts be sent. As of today 01/13/20, I got absolutely no response from the company. Since the included information did not say what the measurement of the bolts were, which by the way goes into a pre-inserted nut into the legs, the only option was to take one of the legs to the hardware for them to determine the size of the bolts I needed to purchase in order to complete the assembly. The reason for my poor rating is only based on the lack of customer service, in my case absolutely none at all.
