Good value for the money what you see is what you getWe are pleased with this end table. It fits well in the space where we needed something practical. The measurements given by the manufacturer are accurate, color is perhaps a tad darker than pictured, and it s well constructed for a relatively inexpensive piece of furniture. It feels solid. Yes, the maker s attempt at the distressed antique look isn t an unqualified success. As another reviewer mentioned, part of this design idea was to punch a few random, shallow holes in the top presumably to simulate worm-eaten wood . Have never seen such neat and tidy worms who leave precisely circular holes. That being said, I don t particularly care about that oddity though I deducted one star for such silliness. The table already has the usual couch-side odds and ends on it, which was the whole point. But if those holes will offend your aesthetic sensibilities, give this table a pass.
