Redgrace: Arrived damaged/ replaced quickly

I wanted to give this a 5 star rating. It s solid, and beautiful but there is damage to the front of the desk. A piece was gauged out and then glued back in. It is ridiculous that they shipped this to a customer. I will be contacting them to see what they will do about it. In the picture of the front of the desk the damage is to the right of the center knob- right in front of where I ll sit. It seems that if it this is bumped the piece could come right off. Very disappointed. The desk arrived in a flat box that was very heavy. It took about 4 hours to build. There is also a chip in the wood on the back of the desk but that part goes against the wall. It s the front of the desk that is most bothersome. Where s the quality control
