So you like some flexibility when you lean back in your chair No problem The tilt tension knob below the seat allows you to adjust the amount of resistance you'll encounter whenever you settle back in the seat.

Unscrew the center-mounted knob on the footrest ring, then raise or lower the footrest to an appropriate height for you. Once you find the right altitude, tighten the knob to keep the footrest in place right where you want it. Footrest does not move with the seat.

Use the handle below the seat on the right side to adjust the chair up or down to a height that's just right for you. Pneumatic assistance makes those elevation edits easy.

T. Hanson: Great chair, as long as it isn't trying to kill you.

I bought this chair so that I could switch between standing and sitting while at work. For the most part, this is a great chair. Mesh back is great. I don't get super warm in the chair. The seat doesn't look super padded, but it's very comfortable. I can easily sit 3-4 hours in it without any issues. It's sturdy. I really like it.
