I'm actually shocked to be honest, i took a chance with all these mixed reviews. No, they aren't huge, but they aren't so small that they're children sized, they're just right. Easy to push back in, surprisingly comfortable, and barely and assembly just need to slide the back into place and screw the legs on . No funky odor, and you can't beat the price
