I bought this for my adult son. We grow them big in this family 6'3 250 pounds. He kept busting the seats on the small chairs so I needed something that could handle wider and heavier man-child with out busting thru the seat and about sticking him like a pig on a spit, yes last one was a close call SO this was early Christmas gift to keep him working and not taking MY computer chair. All seem great no squeaking, he has it adjusted to his comfortable height at the desk.
