Though it is listed as being "delivered stuffed" the stuffing and pouf are delivered separately for customs reasons apparently. I was frustrated by this since listing for unstuffed ones are considerably cheaper and I would have chosen one of those if I knew I was going to have to stuff it myself either way. I was further frustrated by receiving only 5 lbs of filling, which was no where near enough to actually stuff the pouf. I had to purchase an additional 10lbs to completely fill it. Thus compounding how much more I paid for this misleading listing. That said, the quality of the pouf is good. It looks nice in my living room.
