Annisette: Great Chair

I have a three corner desk and its level top is 30 inches from the floor. Most standard chairs don't raise high enough to make it comfortable to utilize the computer or to do writing or projects. Also, I have back problems and needed a chair that is somewhat supportive in the seat and back. This chair fits the bill for me. It was very easy to assemble and I also found that the foot ring is not required for assembly which was great for me. The chair raises to a height that's great for comfort at my desk. A plus is that it rolls easily on the chair mat. The upholstery is very nice and the padding is very supportive without being uncomfortably firm. There was one problem and that was with the assembly instructions regarding the pneumatic lift. The instructions that came with the chair are for assembly of the chair without lumbar support which requires different placement with the foot ring. I had to call the company and discuss this with the representative who compared instructions with me on the phone. She emailed me the correct instructions and it was a breeze from there on to assemble. All in all, I really like this chair. Despite the small glitch with the instructions which was easily resolved with a phone call, I gave this chair 5 stars
