Paul Giorgio: Read the return policy, wish I had

The rug was marginally okay. I gave it 1 star not based on the quality but for the return policy. We ordered the wrong size rug, we reordered the correct size. Granted it was our error but the vendor still charged us 20 restocking fee. Most vendor will wave the restocking fee if you a replacement. I will never order from this vendor again.
