Balance the area you are trying to define by leaving an equal amount of rug around the furniture grouping. An equal amount of exposed flooring around your rug can also give balance to your room

An 8' wide rug can accommodate most dining tables but add at least 4″ to the length and side of your table measurements to be sure. Rugs should extend beyond the chairs in the pulled out position

JVK: Soft and cute rug.

This rug came in s timely manner. It's super soft and goes nicely in my sons room. In another review they said the grey is not as dark as the grey in the picture. It's not a charcoal grey but it isn't a light grey either. This rug would have gotten 5 stars but it came with a mark on it. It was easy to clean with rug cleaner and vacuum but it was annoying. It may have been the colors bleeding whole being wrapped so tightly together. Other than that's it's w very cute rug and my son loves it.
