Low-quality pressed woodThe desk is made out of pressed wood except for the legs . Pieces started chopping during the assembly pic attached . The actual desk surface is from pressed wood as well - feels cheap, grainy to the touch. After several days if use, got scratches from putting a laptop on the desk surface, top layer linoleum is peeling off.
