Great light for the moneyThis light looked just as nice as the West Elm pendant light I have in my living room. The metal didn't look cheap and the electrical parts were study according to the master electrician I had install it . The glass part was fairly thick too. The opening hole for the light is pretty small though so a regular light bulb won't fit. It's a standard base, you just need to get a mini-bulb, like a mini-CFL or a mini-light bulb. I asked the master electrician what the difference was between a sub- 100 light fixture and a 400 light fixture and he said, "Just design usually". Glad to know that I can save some money now.
