Great Lights, problems with baseI'm giving this product 4 stars solely because of the globes, they're beautiful and really well made, the base that attaches to the celling however, I have a HUGE problem with. the faux finish on it is hideous. I can see the idea they were trying to go for, but it did not turn out well. The lights have a solid color metal framing, and I would have been way more pleased if the base had just matched the same color. It looks like they painted a gold base and used a piece of rough cloth to rub some of the color off for a "distressed" look, its way over done. I'm going to be painting it myself to cover it. adding the extra paint is an easily fixed cosmetic issue which is why I only took one star away for it, also I would have preferred metal screws to the plastic ones that hold the globes onto the fixture, but again, not a huge deal.
