Just got this fan in white for our living room. It's by algae the most gorgeous, modern, sleek, glam, chic fan I've ever seen. It's shiny, so there's some bling there. When it's on, it looks like sparkly waves from the side or view from our raised entry area overlooking our lowered family room. See pic . Absolutely stunning. Some people might not like the shiny but I I like it. It comes with a remote that has 6 sped setting and dims the light. The lighting effect is elegant, according to my hubby. Worth the
