Customer reviewsFan does not work
This fan did not work. I had my electrician attempt to install it. The light worked, the fan did not. He swapped the electrical supply for the fan and light, just to see if that was a problem. Again, the light worked, fan did not. He reprogrammed the transmitter. Could hear the fan receiver clicking on, but the fan did not turn. He called the company's tech support, who suggested we replace the capacitor, which they sent to me supposed to be fed-exed, but took over a week to get it . After electrician replaced the capacitor, again, hear the clicking, but fan still not working. And, I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Amazon trying to get a refund since I was beyond the 30 day return policy. Fortunately, they were able to make an exception and sent a return shipping label. Unfortunately, once I get this fan taken down and a new fan installed think I will go with a basic Hunter fan from Home Depot , I will have spent just as much on labor charges as I did on this non-working fan.
