Lanutria: Fan Stopped Working

The fan stopped working within a few months of installation. Despite it having a one-year warranty, I cannot get a replacement. I have been sent parts by Minka to try to address the problem and have had to hire an electrician to install them. The new parts didn't work and I'm out a few hundred dollars more. Minka keeps referring me to the Amazon store from which I purchased the fan, Lighting Front avoid them at all costs , and they keep referring me back to Minka. It's a virtual loop of customer service hell.
