Poor chair structure and even worse customer supportUpon opening the box I found that the seller had not shipped the ottoman pad and had instead shipped a second set of armrests. In addition, the hinges were misaligned which caused the chair to be nearly impossible to put together properly. Reached out to seller and attempted to send pictures in multiple formats however seller continued to say they hadn't received any pictures. After about the 12th email, the seller simply stopped responding.
