Gitana: Left armrest dented 12 days after receiving the chair, then right armrest dented one month later.

The armrest got a bid dent under the chair cover. I can't see the hole but I can feel it. It's the size of a baseball and it feels as if there are splinters inside. The right armrest then dented one month later. I can't see how it's broken since the upholstery covers it but I certainly can feel the splits. The chair overall seems flimsy and not very good quality. If you have lower back issues, do not buy it. It seems comfortable at first but hurt my back afterwards.
