Nice lamp. No complaintsThe lamp looks as advertised. Base is thick. color looks like photos. Shade is nice. No set up required. Take it out of the box. Put a bulb in and Pop the shade on with no screws. Height from top of shade to bottom of base is around 27 inches not 23 inches as advertised. Not a problem for me. I'm satisfied
