Peterson W.: Cheaply constructed. Awful customer service.

This chair broke within a month of very light use. What is worse, the customer service from this seller, Cymax, is worthless. They asked for photos, which I provided on numerous occasions, but no response. No refund. No replacement, not even any replacement parts. The seller is just silent. It is cheaply constructed, and the customer service is beyond frustrsting. I'm basically out 180. If you're into wasting money, this is the chair and seller for you.
