Customer reviewsNO WAY TO CONTACT MANUFACTURER
The assembly was fine up until the top dome of the heater. The parts were missing pieces and didn t properly fit together. I screwed it together anyway even though I am missing a bolt. The heater once it s been on for awhile starts snowing down black ash. It gets everywhere. The phone number on the manual to contact the manufacturer is INCORRECT. IT IS A WRONG NUMBER. The support email is a dead account. Amazon did ZERO help in assisting me even though this product is directly shipped and sold by Amazon. They just kept telling me to contact the manufacturer.... which is a WRONG NUMBER printed in the manual so I am literally SOL.
