Beautiful - LOVE ITThis chandelier is just the perfect balance of casual and bling. It is beautiful with or without the crystals, but the crystals give it just the right amount of bling for a master bedroom. This chandelier would also be great over a dining room table, in an entryway, or office. I don't recommend hanging this light anywhere lower than a 9' ceiling, as it is fairly tall. I have 9' ceilings and used only three links of the chain it would be a little too low if it were not hanging mostly over the bed about 7' of clearance if all links are removed . I used 5 clear 25 watt incandescent chandelier bulbs shaped like candle flames and my dimmer switch works well. This was easy to assemble and install. Note if replacing a ceiling fan: I replaced a ceiling fan/light fixture combo and had to use the mounting screws from the fan to attach the chandelier's mounting bracket. The fan mounting screws were larger to match the fan's electrical box bigger to hold a heavy fan . The larger screws worked fine with the chandelier's mounting bracket.
