fredrok: Raw deal on 2 kichler fans

Kichler support is a joke. I installed 2 of these from 2 different sellers. Installed both and the first time I pulled the chain, the neck of the switch broke off plastic . Looked at the status of the same switch on the second fan and it is cracked and ready to break so obviously an issue during assembly or component procurement. Called kichler, they said call sellers. First seller called back and kichler had none in stock can't say if/when they'll ever receive it. So now that the fans are hung already, up to me to venture out to home depot and buy then make different switches work. Nice.
