Install was fine, though to flush mount it you have to buy an additional kit. It says in the specs it comes with the kit, but the in the questions section it says you need to buy a kit. After the install it made a ticking noise then after about an hour it started making a very noticeable knocking noise. After removing the blades I found that the inside appeared to be warped. When I spun the fan without the blades there was a wobble and ticking noise. The remote worked great. I ordered another one because something probably happened during shipping, and it matched some lamps we purchased.
