You can trust this sellerThis recliner is great. Assembly took about 20 minutes. The faux leather is soft and comfortable and the controls work exactly as described. Unfortunately, at 5'3" my feet didn't touch the floor and my head didn't reach the top cushion of the back, so I had to return it. Novy at Jacky Home responded immediately to my message and provided me with a FedEx return label. As always, we had been careful when unboxing the chair and, as requested, we repacked it in the carton it came in and called FedEx to schedule a pickup. A full refund showed up on my credit card within three days. I highly recommend this seller. They genuinely want you to have a positive experience and do everything they can to provide excellent customer support.
