This product is junk. I got box 1 and box 3. So that s an issue. Set up only the stairs. First off it shows the stairs on both sides in the phots and o wanted the stairs to match the blue print shown, it doesn t It s only the one side. Second there was 3 screws that couldn t even be used as they don t match up with the holes. Third one of the holes on the product wasn t drilled all the way though and we had to do that ourselves. The entire thing is misaligned and one wood piece also had a cosmetic defect of wood missing from an edge.
