These DO adjust for lengthNot sure why so many people seem to have an issue with the length when it is VERY simple to adjust these. Unscrew the cap at the base of the cord all 3 have one , pull the slack through to your desired length, re-tighten the cap and voila, perfect fit. Very easy install, the excess slack sits perfectly coiled up inside the base for a clean, presentable, and modern look.
