Check Contents Before InstallingI purchased two of these 'refurbished' units. The first appeared to be new, the second appeared to be repackaged and was missing three critical parts bags necessary to complete a successful installation. I really should have returned and reordered the second, but was anxious to get it installed. It has been really hot. I cobbled some spare screws and redrilled to fit. It works fine but took about three hours extras to install. both fans now work great and are quality products overall. Three stars for the missing parts control in the refurbishment. It would have been 5 stars if not for the missing critical parts.
