I love the fan. It works great. Installation was easy except for connecting the lighting pin connector. It is a 3x3 pin connector and the pins aren't exactly straight. It took 2 days of trial and error to get it together. I tried straightening them out with pieces of tooth picks, pieces of thin metal, etc...
