Is like the photos, silent operation in all 3 speeds, well known company and easy to reach. I hired for the installation. I have very high ceilings at an angle. Love the remote. Took 2 hours for install assembly. I have a large room which heats up late in the day w/o good insulation. Ran the fan on high speed and did not seem to cool down however. I have the blades reversed to 'pull up' the hot/warm air. I may try pushing the air down to see if that works to cool better. It's not the fault of the fan/is the room itself. Cost for install to me was 190. Electricians knew the brand well and Hunter is highly regarded
