Amazon Customer: Very disappointing

I was very disappointed in my purchase. I was very excited to receive these. When I opened the package their was only one panel. That was fine, totally my fault so I go to my orders and just order another one. The second one took longer to receive then the first by almost 6 days. When I received the second one we opened both packages, that had the same measurements on them, and hung them. One was 4 inches longer than the other and one has weird grease spots all over it. We returned them because they obviously didn t work and upon returning them realized that even though it was the same company and a duplicate order I had to ship back to two separate places. One processed the return just fine, the other charged me 10 for the ups label wry disappointed in that practice as the reason I didn t keep them was due to a product issue not because I didn t like them. I won t shop from this company again
