This table lamp will create a stunning presence in any room and works well with many styles of decor. Showcasing the classic lines of this lamp and cut from the highest quality solid brass, the N651-AB has a warm antique brass finish which is an oxidized finish, darkened, then partially rubbed away, leaving dark highlights throughout. This House of Troy light fixture can be lit using one bulb, or two, allowing for ample illumination while sitting in your reading chair or working at your desk. The N651-AB uses two medium base 60W maximum incandescent bulbs, controlled by two separate pull-chains. The off-white soft back shade measures 10-Inch by 18-Inch by 10-1/4-Inch, height of the lamp is 30-1/4-Inch, and the base measures 7-3/4-Inch, with a factory formed opening for the polarized plug and 8-foot brown cord. The metal components of House of Troy products should be cleaned with warm water and a soft cloth using soaps or glass cleaners may damage the metal finish. This fixture is sold one per package and is UL listed in the USA and Canada. Tucked into the northern Vermont hills, House of Troy has been producing classic lighting since the mid 1940s. Though off the beaten path and far from the spotlights of the big cities, the House of Troy reputation burns brightly. For nearly sixty years, the company has been offering lighting known for its craftsmanship and quality.
Customer reviewsMixed Experience--Mixed Review
Of the pair of these House of Troy Newport Collection Table Lamps I first received, one had to be sent back immediately due to a serious defect. Specifically, the factory did not correctly assemble the column to the base, so the lamp very visibly tilted to one side, like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Hard to believe the factory missed this defect, as it was obvious as soon as I opened the box.
