Rotahal: Best value I've found

I've bought and installed dozens of ceiling fans over the years for my various homes, rentals and family members. I've spent as much as 600 on some but have never gone with the budget models under a hundred bucks. My priorities for a fan is it must move as much air as possible as quietly as possible with as little draft as possible. It is also mandatory that it be reversible.
