Holly C Kephart: Horrible Quality

I am so disappointed in the quality of this chair. It literally feels like there is crumpled up newspaper in the back of this chair behind the fabric. No support whatsoever. I had to take a video clip so you can hear it. This chair was not cheap and there s no reason it should be made this way. The seat bottom, however, seems cushioned well. I think this chair back piece is a manufacturer defect. I am in shock someone would sell this. Not worth half of what I paid.
