RW: Nice looking chairs... if you get all your parts

The chairs look nice. They are not very heavy, but appear to be pretty sturdy. I purchased four chairs 2 orders , they showed up days after the expected delivery date. I put the first two chairs together by myself no problem. Then, I noticed in the second box that there was no hardware included to put the chairs together. Initially, I was willing to keep the chairs and just call the number provided in the manual. Upon calling the company, I was redirected a few times and finally got a human. After we spoke, he told me I needed to send an email for my issue to be handled. I couldn't figure out the purpose of listing a number if you don't handle customer issues. I'll be returning these chairchairs and will search for others that meet our needs.
