Wasn't sure I could put it together. Took three days. I got frustrated with the very first part. The screw holes were just a fraction off, making it hard to align and had to work too hard figuring out some of the directions. But I kept going back to it and it finally all came together. The lift works , it rolls nicely, helps me with posture, and is really comfortable.
