solid and attractive. Super practicalWell I put parts of it together wrong, so at some point I m going to have to disassemble parts so that i can flip some pieces around in order to put the cross braces on, dangit. and I didnt realize it until I thought I was done. It is not hard to put together and definitely manageable by one person, but pay attention to the orientation of some parts or you ll end up like me. I love the desk which I bought for home school and because of the tilt up mechanism which works really well and is very helpful for an art student. Kind of on the pricey side but its a nice desk and there are no other choices with the tilt desk option so it is what it is. Box arrived pretty mangled, and a couple of dents on bars, but I cannot be bothered to fo anything about it as I needed it set up and useable. Still love it.
