When it arrived and I opened the box i could not believe the quality of this bed, The first thing I noticed was the solid wood legs that must have weighed about 2 lbs each. It was better than some I looked at at local furniture stores for 10 times the money. It came with a lot of pieces but no cheap ikea connectors here, good size nuts and bolts to keep this thing together. When I got it all together it didn't even wiggle.
