Where to start First, I have to say, it did ship in the proper time frame. That is probably the 1 plus so far. 2 separate boxes arrived on 2 separate days as it states that it would, both ripped to pieces. The headboard backing is ripped off the headboard because pieces came stored inside it. I understand the intention of opening the Velcro at the bottom to get it out, but the rough treatment of the boxes caused the heavy pieces to rip the stapled backing off. The box ripped up, and someone did a sloppy job of trying to tape it back together. The first box that came was the same, only the top of it was hanging open. I am hoping all the pieces are here. The only problem is, I don't know whether to blame the place that stored it, or UPS for rough treatment. At least the front side of the headboard doesn't appear damaged.
